The reduction in central government funding, the changing regulatory environment, growing requirements to integrate public services and opportunities to work with private sector providers and jointly with other public sector organisations are only some of the challenges our public sector clients face. BDO has a Public Sector community that was established by a number of European practices back in 2011. As an industry sector in BDO, Public Sector is defined as an umbrella over various organisations that are politically controlled and public financed, covering the following subsectors or domains:

• EU and EU Institutions

Specific activities will to a high degree be related to these subsectors.
