Overview
Due to our continuing expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit a Legal Associate to provide comprehensive advice on various legal areas, with a focus on corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, and GDPR and privacy law.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of legal issues for clients
• Provide support and advice to the legal team on the implementation of projects.
• Prepare and review documentation
• Legal research

Requirements

Potential candidates should fulfill the following criteria:

• 3-5 years of experience as a lawyer
• Experience  in corporate and commercial law
• Master of Laws (LL.M) in related fields
• Previous experience in litigation will be highly appreciated
• Excellent communication skills – both written and oral, professional approach and commercial awareness
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language
• Self-motivated, multi-tasker able to be part and support interdisciplinary teams
• Computer literacy
